Our Mission Statement:
“Ascending the summit of personal discipline; reaching the pinnacle of self-excellence!” As the motto implies, Journey’s Quest is dedicated to effective intervention that inspires the resident-student to rise above their current station in life, to learn principles of personal self-discipline and become productive citizens of society. Effective clinical and educational intervention strategies are the foundation to Journey’s Quest’s treatment program. We inspire all resident-students to become critical consumers of education contributing to future academic achievements and leadership skill sets. Effective intervention leads to emotional and psychological well-being and healing which in turn, brings families once conflicted and dysfunctional to a state of harmony and mutual respect. Journey’s Quest is a safe, nurturing treatment environment that promotes self-dignity, integrity and the individual to excel in tomorrows world.
Vision:
Journey’s Quest Adolescent Residential Treatment and Educational Center’s vision for the resident-student is to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy that is proactive, strength-based, is challenging, and has an educational component and treatment environment that is safe, promotes student and family healing and recovery. The student’s individualized treatment plan will have each of these appropriate components. These may include the student’s educational plan, recovery, vocational mentoring, animal therapy, clinical treatment, social, spiritual, family systems intervention and recreational life as elements of the over all treatment goal.
